Dusan Ciric, DOOEL - Rosoman, Kavadarci is a company for agricultural production and export - import. The company has a long tradition in agricultural production and the best results had come in the year of 2002. It has 150 employees.
The head manager is Kire Sosev, a well skilled and experienced manager with BA in Economics. Although being a young company, Dusan Ciric DOOEL Rosoman - Kavadarci has managed, in a short period of time, to renew its agricultural mechanization, has built a refrigerator with capacity of 150 (a hundred and fifty) tones and invested in new peach plantation. A research of the regional market, showed that there was a great opportunity for profitable business when agricultural production concerned.
The needs of domestic and foreign markets had drawn the path and direction of where this, three years old company, is going, designing its future basically as an agricultural production company.
A good quality crop on its own plantations became a challenge that has been driven by desire and motivation a premise that has enabled the company to be competitive on the market.
The company owns a vast agricultural ground onto which peaches are grown the most with the total of 150 ha (a hundred and fifty hectares), out of which 50 ha (fifty hectares) are new peach plantations and another 120 ha (a hundred and twenty) of plain vineyard.
As far as infrastructure and logistics are concerned, Dusan Ciric DOOEL Rosoman - Kavadarci operates with and owns an Administrative Building of 407 m2, four warehouses with total of 2708 m2, a hangar of 556 m2, 780 m2 of porches, a blacksmith and mechanics workshop of 187 m2, an oil warehouse of 26.6 m2, a mini-market shop of 340 m2 and a weighbridge of 9.7 m2.
The organizational structure consists of these Economic Units:Pomiculture, Viniculture, Gardening and Ploughing.
The production line consists of cultivating peaches, vine(grapes), cereal and garden crops.
