Fabio CIANCHETTI, Italy, cinematographer - president
Cianchetti is one from the leading group of Italian cinematographers. He has recently finished here in Macedonia the shooting of the film BONES/SENKI, the third film of the Macedonian writer-director Milcho Manchevski. Since 1983 up to now Cianchetti has shot over 40 feature films as cinematographer. One of his ricent best creations as cinematographer was the film DREAMERS (2003), directed by Bernardo Bertoluci. Also, his latest remarkable results are the films: DON’T TELL/LA BESTIA NEL CUORE (2005, directed by Cristina Comencini, Italian Nominee for Foreign Oscar) and THE TIGER AND THE SNOW/LA TIGRE E LA NEVE (2005, directed by Roberto Begnini).

Dr. Martin BLANEY, UK, Film critics - member
After studying German and Russian for his first degree, Martin Blaney was awarded a PhD for a thesis on the relationship between the film industry and television in West Germany. He has been living in Germany since 1988 and working among other things, for the Berlin International Film Festival, Filmfest Muenchen, the Rotterdam International Film Festival and various initiatives of the European Union's MEDIA Programme.
In 1990, he became the German correspondent for the British film trade magazine "Screen International" and has also worked as a regular contributor to "German Films Quarterly". In 2000, he left "Screen International" to become the Head of Press & PR at Road Movies Filmproduktion in Berlin, but returned to the magazine a year later.
In addition to his journalistic activities, he has served as the panel chairman for seminars and workshops at festivals in Berlin, Ghent, Strasbourg, Mannheim, Utrecht, London, Cottbus, Sarajevo, Luenen, Warsaw and Cluj as well as for the Berlinale Talent Campus. He has previously served on festival juries in Izmir, Amsterdam, Plzen, Berlin, Oldenburg, Palic (Serbia), Sfantu Gheorghe (Romania) and in the FIPRESCI Juries for Wiesbaden (GoEast), Warsaw International Filmfest and the Sofia International Film Festival. Dr. Blaney was also a jury member for this year's Swiss Film Awards and the Cinema for Peace Film Prize at the 2006 Berlinale.

1975 RECKLESS YEARS/GRLOM U JAGODE
Fictional series of ten one hour episodes for Belgrade TV Studio. Broadcast on all major ex-Yugoslav network stations. Considered Yugoslavia's best and most popular series ever. Best Screenplay and Best Director - Portorose. Also at Monte Carlo festival.
1974 LOOK AT ME UNFAITHFUL WOMAN/POGLEDAJ ME NEVERNICE
TV feature film. Considered as one of ten best in entire TV production in former Yugoslavia.
WRITING
1967-1999 He wrote or co-wrote screenplays for all his documentary and fiction films and TV series. He also co-wrote screenplays for Rajko Grlic's films IF IT KILLS ME and BRAVO MAESTRO.
1998 He wrote a book A DIARY OF A MOVIE (VIRGINA 1981-1991) which was published in by Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Belgrade.

BIOGRAPHY
Born in 1955 in Skopje. Graduated film directing from the Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Belgrade in 1978. After the studies, he has been professionally engaged in film and television. He has made seven documentaries, a dozen commercial documentaries, several commercials, over 250 TV broadcasts in various profiles and lengths (signed TV documentaries, reportages, educational and scientific series, live transmissions, and so on), as well as two features.
He has won several prizes, the most important of which are: Golden Arena for direction of the film HI-FI at Pula Film Festival in 1987, Golden Medal at the Salerno International Film Festival for the film REVOLUTION BOULEVARD, First Prize at the Documentary Films Festival in Duisburg for the film CHINESE MARKET. Since 1994 he has been working as professor in history of film and theory of film at the Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Skopje.
